We are currently looking for 1 Full-Time Retail Associate to join our St. Catharines location.
What Makes This Role Different?
We use a consultative sales approach to understand customers’ workplace needs, recommend suitable products, and build lasting relationships while working toward sales goals.
Safety footwear experience is not necessary. We'll provide the product knowledge and training you need to become a trusted resource for our customers.

What You'll Do
- Connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products using consultative selling techniques.
- Work toward individual and store sales targets and productivity goals while following sales and service standards.
- Learn and explain product features, benefits, fit, and available services.
- Build customer relationships through friendly, responsive service; resolve questions and concerns or escalate when appropriate.
- Process purchases, returns, and other transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain organized product displays and store presentation.
- Receive, unpack, and organize shipments and inventory, and prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Work with teammates to maintain a welcoming, organized, safe, and high-performing store.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, dependable, motivated, and eager to learn, with:
- Retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is an asset; a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- A sales-focused, solutions-oriented approach and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Confidence using computers, POS systems, scanners, and other retail technology.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Availability & Physical Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to:
- Work 35–42 hours per week, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Work weekday shifts as late as 8:30 p.m. and weekend shifts as late as 6:30 p.m.
- Stand and move in a wide range of motion comfortably for extended periods throughout your shift.
- Bend, turn, reach, and climb ladders safely when required.
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs with assistance.
